Launched at the beginning of 2003, BT Business Plan (BTBP) offers low cost calls and business certainty in an otherwise uncertain world. This specifically designed package is suitable for all businesses, with a basic package for customers spending under £250 per annum per site on call charges via BTBP Lite through to very attractive BTBP packages with additional valued added features, tailored for larger / multi-site, customers.
Product Summary
With BT Business Plan, customers can be certain that no local or national call need cost more than 10p for a 60-minute call. By opting for at least a £750 site package they can also enjoy capped rates to many international countries.
The Business Plan package also includes many other value adds such as a 5% reward on eligible call spend and features such as network call performance (NCP) reports and a 24/7 guaranteed fault response within 4 hours. (Not available on BTBP Lite)
Business Plan is an evolving calls package deal, which means that the new features will be beneficial to the customer.
Features and Benefits
Companies that range from small businesses and start-ups to larger organisations all benefit from BT Business Plan. The key feature of the 10p capped inland call charge for up to 60 minutes duration is available across all the options, though there are some differences between the rewards available for the customer and the larger site-based options.

Blackberry Storm

In addition to all of this, the BlackBerry Storm enables you to edit Microsoft® Word, Excel, and PowerPoint® files, and compose or reply to email whilst using the built-in phone.
Broadband
BT Broadband is at the forefront of the UK's broadband market. BT Internet has become the largest provider of broadband services in the UK with their primary focus on providing families and business with complete user-friendly broadband with call packages.
There are currently three BT Broadband products available, Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3, all of which provide the same fast connection speed and come equipped with a Norton Security package as standard.
BT Broadband utilises Yahoo Explorer to navigate the web either through the new improved BT Hub 2.0, which now comes as standard with all three packages.
Whichever BT Broadband Option you subscribe to, all the required cables and components (DSL cable, micro-filters, USB cable, Ethernet and a VoIP converter for BT Broadband Talk) are all provided as part of the BT Internet deal.
After signing up, BT Broadband customers can also sign up for on-demand Digital TV entertainment with BT Vision, which gives customers access to the digital terrestrial Freeview channels and a range of optional TV channel mixes include the best of UK and US TV entertainment, top Hollywood entertainment, and full coverage of the Barclays Premier League including live football action courtesy of Setanta Sports. BT Home Hub connection required for BT Vision.
